The #1 XJR-12 from LM 1990 - this was Jaguars second win at the 24 Hours in three years & seventh overall. Although, the #1 actually retired in the race which was won by the sister #3, with the #2 finishing in second place. The model is by Ixo.

The Jags of Group 44 and TWR have always been my favorite , Weren't the rear tire covers a problem during pit stops?

The rear spats were, obviously, there for aerodynamic reasons. As a pit stop in the 24 Hours could take anything up to two miniutes, with driver changes, new tyres & refueling, ultimate speed was not necessary, therefore using quick release clips, tyre changes would not be that much of a problem.
