I saw this while surfing Fleabay- Is this Mach 5 really that valuable already or is this another case of misinformed bidders?

I paid $30 for both the Mach 5 and Shooting Star less than a month ago. (Thanks Steve F). They maybe misinformed but I set up a search for Speed Racer and here is a link that came up also.

But if they would pay attention instead of the $36 already bid on the one here is a buy it now. That would save them quite a bit of money. Maybe they are just partial to bidding?

Normally, the real deal are the ones sporting the all white chassis (correct me if I'm wrong)

And these, judging by the pictures, doesn't seem to have something other than normal grey chassis under.

Funny, the normal grey chassis models can be bought for less than 15$ new

The White Thunder versions feature white wheels and a completely white injection molded chassis and gear-plate, which is a first for any White Thunder! Comes packaged in an AF/X style case with white bottom.
