Here it is.........a new class to bring in the new guys and keep cost low. Rules are posted on our website or you could come ny the hobbyshop to pick up your own copy. We're running everything spec, Chassis, Tires, Gear, Battery, and best of all, We loan you a 27T Handout motor. Just another way to help save you $$$$$$.

Good to see this back on Hobby Talk,the other forum was deleted by undesireable comments.Hope this class grows like mad.

The interest for this class is AWESOME! We should be looking at atleast 2 heats of racing each time we get these cars on the track. Just today we have 5 guys at the track building/preping new chassis'

We had three more guys at the track today, checking in to get a set of rules and pick up some supplies to get this moving. I cant wait to get this first race started......

Allright, the day of racing the new spec class has come and gone. and i must say it went well. we had 5 drivers in the class. We did come accross a concern with the gearing, We're going to make a change with the Spur gear rule and goto a 108T 64 pich spur gear instead of the 112. We found that running the 112 the drivers are running out of room for a pinion gear to get the perferred rollout. SO...Those drivers that have allready purchased the 112 gear, come see us at the store and we'll give you an exchange for the 108. We'll be running this class every week now. ANd it will be a part of the SK shootout coming in early Nov.

Excellent development. I really think this is what is needed to get people to at least try the hobby. Keep the cost low and keep the rules tighten down for all. Then it is all set-up and practice. We ran the Sk Spec class this past Sunday at Turn 4 for the second week now and it was the Biggest class of the day. Cant wait to see the turn out for the SK Shoot out.

Im sure Mike,cant wait to do it up.See yah then.

There's more and more interest in this class every week. I here we will have two new racers this week. I know of one guy coming in on Saturday to purchase a set-up. where are the other guys that have cars ready? George and his crew? I dont think your off as far as you think you are. I could suggest to try some track testing with one of the spec motors i have on the case. And we'll set u up with a timed run in the computer to see where your at even better. see you Saturday.

Im putinn in my special 4300 spec battery,that'll take care of business im sure,gonna cover it with elecrical tape,look just like the Trinity packs,he he.

Plan to run Saturday at the banks as a tune up for Sunday,come on guys,lets get the Spec SKs out there to support Mike and Kim,they have gone out of there way to give us this class to run on the high banks.Oh yah,im buyinn sodas tomorrow if yah come!!!!!.,or coffee,we might need it to stay warm LOL.As far as im concerned the cooler the better,electronics are happier in cool conditions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Points series starting on Dec 9th. We're running 5 races with one drop. the series will run threw our Spring Sizzler race in the May. than we'll have a SK SPEC track CHAMP.

I believe by the time the point series starts there will be a real good number of SK spec's racing!!!!!!!!!.Oh yah,free sodas on me tamarra at Turn 4 .

Just wanna say I was pleased with the turn out today in the Spec Sk class,it was great having a bunch of good guys showing up,hope you all can come back next week so i can get a little retaliation when i can get #11 firing on all the cylinders LOL.Im buyinn sodas next week for sure.

a great turn out it was today. it's great to see new faces at the track. I just want to make mention, if anyone has seen the results from todays race. you'll see Bud Ran a 45 lap run, which would be a new track record. BUT as we didnt have a regular stock class for him to run in today we allowed him to run a beefy NON-SPEC chassis. with the spec class. I see he had a good time today, and I heard him saying he's a Beefy guy all the way, i bet we'll be seeing him back with the spec chassis.

For those of you that may want new battery power we just got in an order from Trinity. We'll have 6 more NEW spec packs at the track Friday. Have a Happy and Safe ThanksGiving.

SO much for that new order of spec packs. Down to one. We'll have another order in Next week. I know there's a few of you that are asking for them. We had 5 spec cars on the track today doing more testing for Sundays Toys for Tots Event. Should be another GREAT showing of the Spec cars.

The spec guys were presant today making some fine tune adjustments, getting prepped for winterblast and the point series. For the winterblast there has to be a cap of 25 entries for the spec class due to motor availability.

We had another good showing for the spec class again. And a new track record we hit 45 laps, Congrats Bud S.
