Stick and ball every Sunday until Halloween, then I hope to return to the banks.... I am going to need batteries, tires...I better start looking in the sofa cushions now!

Allright After two weeks of rebuilding and fine tuning Jared and I got his car ready to Whip for the September Scrambler. Only problem Being the car may need a driver. Not sure if Jared will be there to drive. We hit a couple of 5.1's for lap times. I think thats the fastest we've seen out of a spec car. Hope to see everyone Saturday.

You bet. I gave Clayton one of Jareds motors to rebuild it for me. as we all know how well Clayton can build brushed motors. Jared will be there this week to test it out. I'll keep you informed Sandy.

Looking for opinions of what could be done to make our spec class be more inviting. Should we open up the chassis' allowed? Any and all suggestions are welcome.

mike, i'd say keep the chassis and everything the same for now. most if not all will go to lipo then that will be the only 4 cell class left then tweak it from there.i'll be in there before the end of the season im sure.

Thanks for the input guys. SPEC CLASS STAYS AS IS. This past Sunday we had our first points series race and no-one raced in the spec class. SO this means no-one will be behind come the next race. So lets go boys come on down get some laps in. This coming week is the STOCKIFIED! CASH PAYOUT to the top 5 in the A-main. We'll be there Fri night 6-10 and doors open at 12noon Saturday.

Our local track closed in August,before we could get a SK class going. However, our local club has found a spot to race,and now there's talk of the SK class being started again! Because I'm the only one from here to race one,I have be "volunteered" to get the rules.Has any of the rules changed since April?

allright Spec Drivers, The outdoor racing season is over. Lets get to the RC Oval Beast of the Northeast. 2nd Points series race is coming Nov 9th and I've got some Phone calls of interested drivers making there way to the track. Get in your track time and prep for this years best race coming the end of Feb. This years WInterblast is going to be the next best race besides Snowbird Nationals in Fl. Your NOT gonna want to miss it. Major sponsors are being lined up and details are taken place as we speek.

Jared will be there this week in Finally get some testing in for that new motor we got from The Jennings race shop. Hopefully a few others show and we'll have a class. Even if it's just a practice heat or two. See you Sunday am. Dont forget this weekend is daylight savings time we fall back 1 hr on Saturday night.

We gotta get this spec class back going strong. The FALL FINAL/Toys for Tots race is coming up November 23rd. We'll open for the entire weekend, Fri, Sat and Sun. Plenty of time for practice and track time. I know of at least three guys that are race ready and havnt showed yet, Kieth, Rick, Bob.

For you new kids looking to turn some laps, I have a spec s/k car all set up for k/n. just need to add a radio to go racin. check it out on the oval for sale thread!

All right guys, This weekend starting friday. FALL FINAL weekend with TOYS FOR TOTS. I did some research and found last years results of the Final. I'm calling out Al Saunders to defend his title of last years Fall Final. AL TQ'd with 43laps 4:05.47 and won the A-Main. Can he repeat history and take the TQ and Win again? Or will it be someone else? Guess you'll have to attend this weekends event to see the out come. we're open all weekend Fri, Sat and Sun. See you track side.

Congrats goes to Jared Gordon for taking down his first A-main win at Sundays Fall Final/Toys for tots race. This 4 min main was a battle for the lead from the sound of the tone! Back and forth every other turn between first and second place. This was real spec racing top two were doing battle and 3rd and 4th were doing battle. It was a great race to watch. Thanks goes out to Clayton Jennings for tuning a motor and Huge thanks goes to tranny car man for some much Voltage. Jareds car was fast all weekend.

not 2 in a row. close. Quilfied 2nd out of five and took home 4th. He had 2nd for most of the race but racing is racing and he found some trouble putting him back to forth for the finish.

Jared will be racing again this weekend. 3 weeks in row. He's getting excited for the new track to open. I'll be glueing the carpet this weekend.

ALLRIGHT GUYS! I want to see at least 2 full heats of SPEC cars at this years WINTERBLAST. What's it gonna take from me to make that happen. This class started out strong, But faded. You tell me what you want. Each week we have 4-5 maybe 6 drivers. At the same time 3 drivers walk in each week and of there's no more than 3-4 drivers they dont stay. What's up? I'm thinking about a motor change for next season. Maybe even a handout for the WINTEBLAST? What's your thoughts? Change it to the Trinity 21T Spec motor. This motor would be a bit easier to gear for the Batteries we're using.

Mike, I'll be up next Sunday to run and try to get this thing sorted out for the Blast. I noticed the normal crew was absent last weekend...Hopefully, they'll be back soon. See you guys soon. SANDY, are you out there? Mike, you have a pm.

I'm not sure whats up with the twins crew, I can see there point a bit. They are bored with racing against themselfs all the time. And Jared is just plan bored with the speed. So I'm not helping any by moving him up to 17.5 but he's ready to go faster. I had heard that there was some guys interested in running the spec class due to the way it's set-up to be less expensive, Bu they havnt showed yet.

Update on racing this week! We're racing saturday and will be closed sunday 1/11 because of the storm. We're opening around 2PM saturday with racing at 6PM with 2 heats & main. If we have your phone #, we'll be calling you in the am with this update. Any questions, call 774-272-3398.

Anyone know where I can buy some new 1600 spec packs. We run spec sk class and also use them for our 17.5 COT class. Mine are worn out. Thanks,

We have them at turn 4 in CT. Your local track should also be able to get them thru Trinity.
