Here's a couple of pics of a 1:1 1937 Chevrolet 2 door coupe. I don't know if this color combination was available in 1937. Does anyone know?

I bet that model is a Canadian one - before Brooklin's then owners moved back to the old sod. Is it? I've got the model in a tan like the fenders of the 1:1 scale car posted.

I wish it was a Canadian Brooklin ranchero, but it's an English model. The blue Toy Show is an attractive car, I wish I had one.

Please post a pic of your tan 1937 Chevrolet.

Thanks in advance!

Sorry, I can't - it is boxed & buried in storage. It is a Canadian one though.

I understand about things being in boxes and in storage ranchero. I have two storage units ( a 10' X 30' X 10' climate control and a 10' X 15' X 15'). It's not much fun having things that you can't display.

Your Canadian 1937 Chevrolet is a nice piece to have.

Oh yeah, I like that one alot!

I'm not sure that ANY '37 was painted with just the fenders being of a different color.
I'll do a little looking in my books.

It looks stock Lummox, but the two-tone paint doesn't seem right to me on a 1937 Chevrolet 2 door coupe. My friend's father had a 1932 Chevy coupe that was two-tone. Hard to remember after 40 years, but I think it was green with black fenders.

Yeah, a '32!
'32 on back it was much more common for just the fenders to be of a different color.
Trucks however was a different story, but actually 2 tones were not uncommon back then, but usually 2-tone colors were separated at the belt-line.

This color combination is OK, but it just doesn't look like it was available in 1937.
