After many weeks of anticipation I finally got my Black Bandit in the mail today. It's a beautifully done car, the black paint is exquisite and the detail is amazing. I open all my diecast and display only perfect specimens in my display cases.

Unfortunately, I won't be displaying this one. See the bottom picture below, under the spoiler...the spoiler looks like it was put on by a 4 year old kid. Black glue or paint is excessively smeared all around the two points where the spoiler pins fit into the trunk.

This is not what I would expect for a $13.00 piece of diecast. :(

Good looking car, but quality control seems to be a greenlight problem.

Thats from them melting the spoiler on from the inside to hold it in place. Looks like it squeeezed a bit too hard and came out the top. I agree, I would contact the seller as well and let him know he should send it back to GL. There QC has gone down the drain and it keeps looking worse.

I guess I got the one car that slipped by the inspectors. But this shows that this company is trying to do things right, and that they do read these boards.
I have almost all the 1:64 cars that Greenlight has released these past 2 years and I am very satisfied with them. I'll be buying a lot more of them too, as they are released. :thumbsup:

I definitely would like to see them in Canada as well. I only have 7 but would have many more if I didn't have to order them online. $4 castings become $6-7 castings and you have to buy them sight unseen.

I received my replacement Black Bandit yesterday from Katie and Greenlight. It was perfect too. It's now in my display case with all the other Black Bandits I have.
