Have been meaning to do it. I will try to get some pics up of the track. Racing will start on 10/12, friday night at about 6:30pm. Erie rc raceway 1220 West 20th Street Erie, PA 16502 814-455-1006 Fully stocked hobby shop,snacks,pit tables w/chairs,ambrc scoring accepts personal's. I will be there but I don't get my cast off till monday so I won't be much competition. And our local young guns group is out on vacation so I'm not sure if they will make it or not. There is a fresh layout put down. Truck is going to be open this year unless the turnout justifies separate classes. Most run the 13.5. We are going to have a spec tire to reduce costs. The tire will just have to be any bald tire of your choice. Who doesn't have those. Some of us have been using the panther burner slick in clay compound with good results. There are guys with 4wds but I have yet to see a class of them. If you come bring it you never now what could happen. There is also going to be a truck series between Erie rc, Jefferson, and Vienna should be a good time. Stay tuned for more details. We made some changes so please re-read the first post to the series thread http://www.hobbytalk.com/bbs1/showthread.php?t=198323 . The big changes are that there will not be a payout and the entry fee is went down to $12 instead of $20 and the ERCR race will be Friday instead of Sunday. There will still be t-shirts for those that make all three races.
