Is anybody going to listen my story?

OK, no modeling inspiration here.

Seen it? This is a purely loved it/hated it movie. You'll either love it or hate it.

If you like Beatles songs, musicals, the psychedelic 60's and something different, you'll like this and should see it in the theatre. If not, rent it. And don't sample the soundtrack to help you decide. The soundtrack doesn't mean a thing on it's own.

Both my wife and I loved it.

We saw the preview for this about 2 months ago. I thought it looked intriguing, my wife wasn't interested...

I wanted to take my wife and daughter to see it Friday night but it appears to be getting a limited "art house" release and wasn't playing anywhere near us. It's gotten really mixed reviews but my 8 year-old daughter is as big a Beatles fan as her Mom and Dad. We also know Evan Rachel Wood's father, who lives in Raleigh (and who is none too thrilled with her new boyfriend Marilyn Manson).:p

I heard a review that recommended you see the "superior" 1978 "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" instead.

It's gotta be better than the "Cirque du Soleil does the Beatles" movie I stumbled across on Sundance recently.

The review I read was positive, but mentioned it would been better if it had been 20 minutes shorter.

"Love" (Cirque de Soleil) is on video? Saw the show in Vegas in January. Not the best Cirque show but the remixed Beatle songs were fantastic (and worth the price of the CD).

As far as reviews go, Rotten Tomatoes summary rating based on critics reviews is running at 52%. Which equals out to "you love it or you hate it."

If you're a Beatles fan, you should see it . . . or at least rent it when it comes out on DVD.

Yep, caught a few minutes of it on Sundance the other night. I'm not a fan of the Cirque, i only lasted about 10 minutes.

The wife and I are usually game for something different and we both liked musicals. But after catching the preview, we both kind of looked at each other with a ¿Huh? look on our faces. I think we'll skip it.

I'm thankful for our local NY rock station Q104.3, who play a block of Beatles requests every single day exactly at noon.

I heard the CD 'Love' and prefer the originals to the mash-ups.

I have the "Love "CD.

the best thing is to play the "because" track (the opening cut) in surround as loud as you can stand.
