What gives Matchbox??
I just saw that they have re-released the Hwy Maintenance truck as the Plow Master 6000, but with NO PLOW??

I'm guessing they didn't forget, but this may be some sort of small piece that they had to eliminate so little kids don't swallow it... but there are small parts in the adventure packs, so what difference does it make in the mainline?

it just takes away from the quality and detail of that truck... they left the cherry picker on the telephone truck, but it's bigger than the plow I suppose.. not as edible... hmmmmmm....

Yup - call it a PLOWmaster and lose the plow... thats what happens when the bean-counters run a car company! A real shame... I love that piece!

this mite be a stupid idea but a while ago they came out with a 5 set it had a whild life plow a pick up,a van and a jeep they all came with like a swamp monster,big foot i dont remeber the corecct name but i found a few in job lot if you have one near you the plow set its the same plow it comes with the plow you can remove it and put it on the 1-75 that what i did just a idea

but the hotwheels dirtbike "wastelander" has a little plastic stand... that seems like it would cost just as much, and be easy enough for a little kid to swallow, so why no plow?? duh....

I think the front of this truck looks like something is missing. It needs the plow. I can only guess it's summer, hence no plow. A new front end would look much better. So many things to consider.

it shows the plow attached on the matchbox website, but it is called the highway maintenance truck on there also... isn't that false advertising? it's not what I got in the package... just the fact that they changed the name to PLOWMASTER makes it even MORE ridiculous that they didn't include a plow... DUH MATCHBOX!!! DUH!!

I welcome a couple variations without a plow. I like the truck.

I would've bought the thing if it had a plow, it just didn't look right.

I passed on it since the plow was missing. What I wondered was if later cases with this casting will have the plow attached and maybe the early release is a variation?

It reeks of a cheap move to me... :(
