So what do you have in your car's CD player to get you pumped up for the races?

Let's hear it!

Here's what's in my car.

Man that depends ..............all on my mood that morning. I can listen to anything from classic rock to heavy metal. Good thing I have cd's and XM so there's lots of choices. Lately I'm listening to alot of savatage.

....I have a VERY MIXED MP3 player with over 450 songs.

My son and I have very weird tastes in music - I guess - but we've got a LOT of Country - 80's ROCK - New POP -

Lots of EAGLES, GARTH BROOKS, AC/DC, METALLICA, Lynrd Skynrd, Guns N Roses, Poison, Shania Twain, Nickleback , the Gorillaz, Sublime , Toby Keith , Led Zep, The WHO, Bob Segar, REM , Def Leppard, Bon Jovi, Sawyer Brown, Pat Benatar, and it's ALL played ON SHUFFLE to you can go from 60's COUNTRY - to a current POP Song - to a 80's ROCK CLASSIC...but the HARDER and the LOUDER the better at 4:30 in the morning on the 200+ mile trip to the track...

I mostly have the nascar channel on my Sirios tuned in. When I'm bored of that I switch over to some oldies or maybe I need a laugh and tune in Blue Collar Radio. Sattelite radio is the way to go, I love mine.

Wow that paints a bad mental picture of you singing in your car on the way to the track.. :freak:\

If driving alone - Linkin Park, “Live”, or 3 Doors Down

If Riding with Kemp it’s..80's greatest hits, Bananarama, the Go Go’s or the Best of Barney

If riding with Wolfman some sort of Old Twanger Music

If riding with Monti....Show Tunes Baby....

So what do you have in your car's CD player
to get you pumped up for the races?

I don't have a cd player. :(

On the way TO:
I listen to the Telephone Flea Market on an FM country station.
On the way BACK:
I try to find a religious station rebroadcasting their morning service,
if I can't find that... any station playing Godsmack.
I figure that's close enough.
