http://www.hobbytalk.com/bbs1/showthread.php?t=188633 bojo had put up some battery's for sale "TQ 4200's" and I purchased them on Monday 9-17-07 .....sent payment via paypal, and sent him an email and asked that he confirm payment was recieved and requested tracking numbers with the name of the carrier. Have not heard a word from him since. I made a request on his ad after a couple of days for him to confirm that payment was recieved....still no responce, is there anyone that knows him personally to give him a call and see if all is well and see if he wants to continue our transaction. I really don't believe that he is a scammer because he is well known on this board, but if someone knows him personally try and give him a call for me.

He got in touch with me on the 25th and stated that he couldn't send them out till the 29th (saturday)I recieved the batteries on the 1st but......there wasn't but 2 packs that were TQ cells and the other 3 were JBR's that looked liked they were put in a box and placed on a shelf and forgotten about. The Battery bars were barely attached ....the heat shrink was coming off where they were overcharged.....the packs wouldn't sit in a chassiss if you used duct tape to try and strap them in.....they looked like junk!!!!!
Took me 3 days to wake these cells up so needless to say these packs would make practice packs., not near the "TEAM PACKS" as Advertised....I wouldn't buy anything from him from now on and i don't recommend anyone else doing so either.!

P.S. maybe i need to post these comments somewhere on here for everyone to see...and see if maybe he will make it right and send me what he had advertised or we cancel the sale all together.

Also don't buy from anyone that won't send you a picture or 2......take it from me.....i won't do it again!
