Hey All i'm painting several cars and am looking for 60's style decals. Numerals, sponsers and especially the Ferrari prancing horse and Chaparral "65/66". Any tips?? thx mj
Gonna try making some on my printer tonight too. But i'd rather buy them.

I second this one. Patto's Place is great to deal with and even though he is in Australia I have always gotten my orders within a week.

Patto's is a great source for a wide variety. However, some may be thin or weak as far as the coloring. The great thing about his sets are the fact that the sheet has multiple sets on the same sheet so you can double them up to get the right look or color. I've had great results with his either way. it's not hard to do either. If you have a thin/weak set, do the first ones and let them dry (24hours). The next day, lay the second set right on top and they look like you wanted them to.

I would add to this that if the decal film seems to want to tear easy, stop and brush a layer of Future floor wax over the top of the decals prior to using them. I had some problems with a set of Corvette decals and this sorted it right out.
