LIGHTNING44 09-18-2007, 07:40 PM I have seen those before. They're pretty good looking for 1/87
stupidsquirrels 09-18-2007, 09:41 PM New one on me too, I'll be watching for it though.
Lummox 09-18-2007, 11:55 PM I found a pink one without trailer. Nice!
Stangfreak 09-19-2007, 10:14 PM I've seen those too... I am sure impressed with the detail on those 1/87 scale cars & trucks, and the prices are right too... Buildings and diorama stuff is easy to find at hobby shops because they are real close to HO scale... I would love to start collecting those too, but I have been collecting 1/64s for so long and have too much 1/64 scale stuff... Very nice caddy there...
STUTZ 09-20-2007, 12:24 AM I found a pink one without trailer. Nice!
I have the pink '53 Caddy without the trailer too.
I've seen the car and trailer sets, but never looked for a '53 Caddy and trailer.
silverzx3 09-20-2007, 06:18 AM I've seen a bunch of different ones at Walmart. There's also a very nice 1/87 Smokey and the Bandit Firebird from the same maker. I bought that one for my grandson.

for some reason I have kept it. Very bad shape but has character.
I remember when we had a train set up. I only wish they had such a great assortment of 1/87 cars back then. I think of it everytime I look at the smaler ones today. They were hard to come by and expensive- 8$ + - when you did find something in a suitable scale.
One would think somebody who drove a car like that would team it up with a more luxurious caravan, such as an Airstream.
