if anyone can please provide more info on this brand, it would be appreciated. I found this one at the flea market yesterday. I also have a fire truck by them. As I understand this brand only makes 4 different castings.

It seems that the livery is Garda Siochána (Irish Police Force), when I first looked at it I thought it was an Italian police car. :p
As stated on their website, this Range could be a Corgi casting. Looks good, a really classic Range Rover, I like this design.

After another look... it seems that your car is not Range Rover, but Land Rover Discovery. On their page there is also a Range Rover listed though:
