Well if only I could speak German, I might be able to understand what was going on.

Visually, it's pretty good. A German (or Austrian?) Space Balls. Or Flesh Gordon.
Throw in a bit of the SW prequels, a little Fifth Element, some TOS.

Visually it's also quite funny - the taxi chase was a classic.

Just wish it was in English. Or had English subtitles. And had less singing.

Who knew the Germans had such a sense of humor ;)
