And if you know what that means, you think you will like this one!

I had already posted this on my other hang out, so with all the cool new cars showing up here on HT, I wanted to share it with you guys!

I am being pushed by several of you guys work (you know who you are) to step up with my projects. This is the first version of this project, a test run if you will. My plan is to build the next version with a removable front clip and wired motor...we will see how that goes! But till then, I was happy with this one.

Thanks for looking gang, have a great weekend!

First off, it's a drag car. Right up my alley!
Second, it's a Mustang. Can't get any better than that.

Totally cool. Can't wait to see the next version

Where ya stealing your parts from, if I may ask?

Thanks guys, and congrats on the 4000 post there Gunn! And on my thread, I feel speeeecial!

As for the donor parts Dadvball, every part came from the same car. A Ford Probe pro stock by Action. I thought it would be cool to have the parts from another Ford. But the scoop, modified bars, wheels, tires, headers and cage all came from the same car. I had to cut the heck out of the cage, but it finished out pretty cool.

Awesome!!! The detail is excellent. I think a removeable front clip would be icing on the cake! Good luck on the next, can't wait to see it!

Excellent work Ward  I'm not a big fan of the new stangs but you know what a big fan I am of the pro-stocks. That came out so nice that I may have to do one of my own one of these days. Here's a small tip. Paint the chassis, unless of course you plan on using this car for the removable clip. Cant wait to see the next one.

Awesome!

Those action cars can come in very handy, The Funny cars have good motors as well

Yea, your right Greg. They scale down very well to so many projects. They were a bit small in the funny car casting, so they work great in most full body cars. You just have to deal with the headers.

For the exposed front of this one (aka Grayhouse style) I am planing on using one of the blown blocks from the Muscle Machines Nitro Coupes.

I hope to have something to show by Christmas!!!
