Truggy racers,

Oak hill has a friendly Truggy race next Saturday Sept 15. Other than the normal race fee it's just a matter of anti-up. There are bodies, gift cards, sets of tires, and other truggy items already in the pot.

Prep your Truggy and check out the newest track on the rise "OakHill Raceway" In Waterford.

Oakhill is just outside of erie pa about 35 minutes from Ohio.
You can get directions from their website.
Everyone who has come out loves the place and the people running it, including the K&B boys.

Oak Hill has a nitro and electric program every weekend (Saturday)it is just some of the "regulars" adding a little to mix this weekend to make it more "interesting".

Jazjato maybe you could be a little more clear on what is going on.

I do not think adding to the "ante" is required is it, maybe it is, also how exactly do you expect to distribute the items that have been ante'd up by the racers? Is it winner takes all or winner gets first choice and second gets next choice and so on? Just curious.

Thanks from a curious "regular" who has "ante'd up"!

As with any kind of payout race depending on how many show up will depend on how far down prizes will go. Should folks ante up for a shot at the pot? I think it only fair, however it was said "on the other fourm" it doesn't matter how big or how small you ante. Bring an antena straw, a pre filter, etc.

Wow what a day of truggy racing....

Even with the 20% chance of rain coming true seven truggies showed. Once it did stop raining the crew broke out evey trick in the book to get the track up and running. They had brooms out out, leaf blowers, and even trenchs for run off. Let me tell yhea some places may have looked at the few that turned out and said sorry guys, "But Not at Oak Hill". If you show up wanting to race they do what ever it takes to put on the show.

Let me tell you when we did start the track was hooked. The first two heat races had that clinging dirt, but the third round and mains were near perfect.

Thanks to eveyone who came out and made this friendly day of Truggy Wars into a great race day.
