I Have A Tc3 Plus And After About 5 Mins Of Runtime It Stops Getting Fuel. My Lines Are Clear And It Seems Like The Motor Stops Pulling The Fuel From The Cell. I Appreciate Any Help I Can Get. Thank You.

Couple of things.
First how hot is the head. This will not cause it NOT to draw fuel but if it is too hot it will lean out and not run.
Check the o-ring seal on the cap/lid of the tank.
Check for air leaks around the carb.

What exactly is the right temp to be running? I think when I had it tuned recently it was set at 212 but not 100% positive. Thank you for your input, I will check your suggestions.

Well the 212 indicates that it is not an overheating problem.
I would look for air leaks. Check the bolt that holds the carb. Can you rotate the carb right now? Don't put an extreme amount of pressure on it to try to move it. If it is loose that is a place to start.

Check your Crankshaft bearings especially the inner bearing. If it has a lot of play it can cause it to act like that. The Crankshaft will get hot and with a bad bearing will "Stall" like it is not getting fuel. You can have it wide open and it can still flame out.
