aljones 09-04-2007, 08:19 PM Frank - I think they are 10-15 bucks.
I'll be up at the track to practice this weekend, but am not racing. I have stuff going on Saturday night and won't be able to stick around.
AL has the track layout changed since RC/Pro?
Will you guys be serving those delicious tacos :woohoo: ??? MMMMMMMMMMMM. If not i might have to bring my own..LOL
AL has the track layout changed since RC/Pro?
YES..
aljones 09-05-2007, 11:04 AM LOL! No tacos at McCulloughs... just plenty of servo eaters! :)
And yes... there is a brand new layout in place. We will be club racing on it this weekend for the first time and it will remain in place for the R.A.C.
AL what time is practice over on Friday. Looks like I will not be able to get out of town till after 4PM? Are there lights? How bout practice on Saturday anything before quals start?
aljones 09-07-2007, 11:09 AM Papa - practice will probably go until 10PM or so Friday night... yes there are lights. There will also be practice on Saturday morning for an hour or two before the quals begin. I believe the track opens around 8am on Sat. Racing will start around 10:30 or 11. The Saturday practice schedule may change slightly depending on the number of entries.
nitrojeff 09-07-2007, 02:19 PM Can we sign up on Friday, or do I have to pre register?
aljones 09-10-2007, 10:20 AM Jeff - you can sign up at the track. We'll even take late entries on Saturday morning up until an hour before the races start. Nobody gets turned away at the Race Against Cancer!
The new layout is pretty sweet. The door prizes are starting to roll in. Just some of the raffle prizes to be given away next weekend include a Jammin buggy kit and 20 gallons of Tilted Fuel. Big thanks to the sponsors who help support this event each year.

pink_sleeve 09-18-2007, 10:30 PM we had one round of quals on Sunday morning... but yes, he only raced on Sunday because he was returning from vacation on Saturday.
:freak: STRANGE
carlo71 09-18-2007, 11:50 PM not strange ,,, when you are as good as him you only need 1 qual~!
aljones 09-19-2007, 09:57 AM not really... it was points qualifying... best 2 out of 4 rounds.
He did have a good round. It was enough to get him in the C.
Looks like a lot of people are concerned. Maybe you all ought to just show up and race next time and see it for yourself. LOL!
Eric C 09-19-2007, 08:07 PM I had a chance to go and the entries all go to ACS. If it wasn't for that I wouldn't have made the trip. Next year I won't schedule a vacation in early September. It is well worth the trip to make this race because it is about more than just racing. For those who have lost a loved one or a close friend to cancer you know what I am talking about. Big thanks to the McCullough's group for putting this event on.
d4man 09-20-2007, 09:34 AM Eric, great job bumping all the way up!!!!
dsmperformance 09-21-2007, 03:52 PM It was the lid that allowed him to bump, LOL. Awesome job Eric!
Yep, it's all about the bodies. That Ridgeway guy does 'em up sweet.
