My big guns turned out to be Mike Obrien and John Bath. Mike rebuilt my car the way it should be and John helped out with on track and small changes for handling. I am confident that with what I have learned from those two I will be making more visits to the A main in the future.
PS: Sorry for rear-ending you at the start of the A Dirk, but the new set-up was a little to eager to get going . Guess thats a product of ifmar style heats and everyman for himself in the mains, no practice at on the tone starts.

hi Dirk, seemed to be a lot of eager beavers on the starts last night. think it could have anything to do with it beeing groundhog day? I believe we should start the mains as a rolling start, what fun that would be, how many trys do you think it would take to get the average main started?

Saturday was fun and if anyone has any questions or would like help at the track just ask. Glad to see Dales car pick-up that bit after being able to watch it on the track.
See you Saturday.

Thanks John! This is a case of seasoned racers helping seasoned racers! If any of the new guys that are struggling need help just ask any of us at the track and we will be glad to take a look at your car. This comraderie is what keeps me in this sport and coming back as often as I can. I will return the favor to whoever needs help as well!

Doug P

I can go either way. I was figuring 13.5 because I understood that was the big class there. If there's a group of guys that do 10.5 I'm fine going that way. If it would just be a couple of us I'd probably go for the bigger class.
