SHADOW 11-25-2007, 05:02 PM Just proves you can't choose your relitives:jest:, man thats one ugly family we got:eek:.
Had a great time last night. Nice to see alot of new faces at the track. Hope the out of towners enjoy'd racing with us.
A comment was made last night to me that from all the bitching on the site lately this person thought we were racers that did not get along with each other. He came to the track anyway and saw that we are like a family. WE are and thats how it should be. So lets keep the wash women BS to a minimum leave Midnight runner alone for he was upset and raced somewhere else last night. WE want to keep our racers and invite new ones not scare them off.
So anybody else ave trouble with setup last night like I did?
SHADOW 11-25-2007, 05:04 PM No more like Grandpa Wayne:woohoo: We thought of calling you uncle. Since we've been helpin both your sons!!!
UNCLE WAYNE.......... sounds good to me
JW#62 11-25-2007, 05:22 PM And that you did I hope you had fun and will return again, and this time bring some of your buddies over with ya.
Just got home.. I got up late and just took my time.. Mr.& Mrs Marshall U have a AWESOME race facility. A carpet oval track in side and a offroad and asphalt oval tracks out side, and a hobby shop with any thing U would need..
Had a BLAST this weekend. YOU made me feel like i've raced at Marshalls for a long time..
The 13.5 class is UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! 26 OR 27 cars and it was a club race and the top 10 or 15 ran 64 laps and 10ths apart.. Met a lot of GOOD and NICE racers this weekend.
All the crap on the thread was just crap. When it came down to the racing
every one was helping every one out... Thats what keep tracks going HELP!!
I will definitely be back some time????
Can I PLZ get the body painters name and phone#???? I would like for him to do some bodys for me... If he does them for other racers..
THANKS AGAIN HAD A BLAST
JW#62

toomanyhobbies 11-25-2007, 06:12 PM Dom that car is for road course. Is there a brushless class for that?
Bart has a 1/10th scale KSG oval car for you if your gonna run Sat nights at Marshalls. The 13.5 class there is a blast, and we may have a 17.5 class starting too
I knew that Brett. I thought that I could run Sundays at Marshalls but it seems the 12th scale road class is dead there. I'll use it @ dirtrunners and if all else fails I'll just use the batteries that came with the car and drop em in an oval car. I'll be coming out here in three weeks. I'll bring my spec car and if Bart still has the ksg and the offer still stands, I'll take a stab @ 13.5 oval. Worse that could happen is that I'll be a solid field filler!! :p
Dominic
Porksalot4L 11-25-2007, 07:04 PM dont assume 12th onroad is dead just yet. any giving weekend there could be a field. best bet is to find out what happend the week b4 by calling dot up! 570 729 7458. i know last year it was big!
maybe ill see you guys im a few weeks!

Thanks for the tip! You could be right. I noticed someone on the marshalls thread on r/c tech forums is trying to get some 12th scale racing going again. I may just get a motel in three weeks and do the oval thing Sat night and while I'm in the area, shoot over Sunday for some road course action.
Dominic
Brett Diaz 11-25-2007, 08:13 PM That sounds like a fun weekend for racin Dom. I won't make it back there for 3 weeks or so. Family stuff. U know honey do list. But have lots of fun.
Brett Diaz 11-25-2007, 08:16 PM Anyone been using the shure lube? I started last week #3 on left and #2 on right fronts. Any input? Feels smooth but will the heavier lubes make the front act differently and what will it be like
