Went to TRU on a Whim yesterday and found the Max Wedge #009.My question is this , There are 2 Different Max Wedge GreenLight cars.1 is a Regular and 1 is a Custom.

The Custom's regular issue comes with Purple rims , the regular has black.Both cars in Green Machine form ( I've searched as much as i can ) have the same Green Machine characteristics , Yellow flames , Green body , black rims.

Mine has the purple rims from the regular issued piece.My questions are this :
Do i have a Green Machime Variationm ? Is it in Fact a Green Machine ?The car on the card is Purple with Flames , mine as you can see , has the same Green Paint i have seen on other Green Machines..Any help would be most appreciated.

yes you have yourself a green machine. I'm not sure if its a variation, someone will for sure be able to help you with that. Always look at the serial # on the bottom, if its only got 3 digits like your then you know you have a green!!!! Nice low # on your by the way!!!!

Congrats on your green machine find - and an excellant one at that. The green machine versions of the 64 Plymouth are

Pink rims - hobby version (TRU, Kmart, Meijer, On-line retailers)
Black rims - Target version

Except for the rims - there are identical.
