The beginning of the end for Jada. Even the latest wave (11) of the BTM's are lackluster. I'm disappointed.

i think jada makes some nice looking diecast. but, they need a chase car or set. at the high price, i anyway, would like to know i might get a rare car here and there. k-mart here is loaded with jada, especially 1/24's. must be 20 or 30 of those.. but there are 4 and 5 of many items. that isn't real collectable. it's a toy mass produced.

Agreed! A chase car may help but those that have watched Jada for some time, it might be too little too late. EVERY retailer around here is exactly the same way. It's disappointing to keep seeing the same product over and over. The BTM cars were one of my favorite lines. And the only line from Jada I collected. I bought every one from wave 1 through 10. But over the last few waves, they took a downward turn in casting choices and quality control. I was looking forward to buying the Wave 11 set...... until I saw them on the pegs. No thank you Jada. Looks like this ride is over for me.

I agree to a point, but I think that they didn't really need a chase car there for awhile. Product was good, BTM sold like you wouldn't believe and overall, it appeared to be going well.

I still think there is lots of potential. The 5 pack target sets were phenominal and damn nice castings. I think the addition of pro street to BTM was a huge success. Lots of guys I know loved them.

Back in the day, I recall seeing some BTM (very early waves) with different tires and rims, and were being advertised as a chase cars (on Ebay). NEver found out if it was a scam or not, but remember that the prices were crazy high.

I dont think this line is dead yet. Not by a long shot. It may be slow now, but a little tweaking and one hot release, and they are back in the game. I'
m calling it right here right now, by X-Mas, they'll be smokin hot again.
