I repainted everything (including the interior) except the nose (I'm a sucker for an extra color without extra work)
That mint green is utterly hideous IMO, this car screamed out "Save me from this minty horror!"
And yes, the front wheel are from th FC Pinto.
PONCHO455 08-28-2007, 06:30 AM That Is One Of Your Best Imo.keep Up The Good Work.

I Like It !
I really liked doing this car, the screw together design let me disassemble the car completely, made things alot easier, wish I could find 'em locally. My WalMerts had the same 3 brown Chevettes since I moved here in Feb.
I can't wait for those T&C wagons to come out so I can trade into some.
fordmn12lord 08-30-2007, 05:54 PM I love it. For some odd reason I really get a kick out of seeing models of unrestored cars lately.

Click onmy name to find threads started by me, there's a LOT of pics.
Or go to my photobucket account, pack a lunch and don't make any plans, you'll be there awhile. Don't forget the subalbums.
*DISCLAIMER*
The album marked "gunshot wound" means EXACTLY what it says, it's graphic pics of my hand after the shooting. You've been warned.

fordmn12lord 08-31-2007, 05:39 PM Great pics. Don't worry about grossing me out I used to be a janitor in a blood lab and my mother was a nurse at a retirement home. I like the camop job on that old chevy blazer in there. I used to own a `78 ford bronco(real not model) and wanted to put a camo job on it but had too much other stuff to do and never got around to it.

The 1st time I ever linked to the account in a thread I got a NASTY pm about failing to warn people about those pics, everytime I've linked it since I've always included the disclaimer.
I wish someone would do a nice 78-79 Bronco (and Blazer to for that matter), they're my favorite Bronco.
That Blazer took FOREVER to paint, and then for some reason I brushed in the side trim,(I'll be covering that again though).

I know whatcha mean I have an HO scale train layout and I've been dyin' to see some 78-79 or even more modern ford broncos and of course more mn12 body style T-birds in 1/87th scale. There's only so many Porsches, Ferraris, and muscle cars you can throw on your layout before it ends up looking like an exotic car dealership. That's why I like motormax's fresh cherries line. It has cars that more every day people owned.
