Normally the last weekend in September. Well that was the first day last year anyway. I am sure their website will have the info soon.

Below are the scheduled dates and times for the CRCRC Midwest Champs race in January.

Electric

Jan 9th Open Practice Noon - 9pm
Jan 10th Open Practice 10am - 9pm
Jan 11th COntrolled Practice 10am - 9pm
Jan 12th 4rnds Qualifing Drivers meeting 7:30am Start ~8am
Jan 13th Mains Drivers meeting 7:30am Start ~8am


Nitro

Jan 15th open 7min Practice Noon - 9pm
Jan 16th open 7min Practice 9am - 9pm
Jan 17 open 7min Practice 9am - 9pm
Jan 18th 2rnds of qualifing Drivers meeting 7:30am Start ~8am
Jan 19th 2rnds of qualifing / lower 7min mains Drivers meeting 7:30am Start ~8am
Jan 20th remaining mains Drivers meeting 7:30am Start ~8am

Of course these times are subject to change.

The Club races are scheduled to start torward the end of Sept. We are lookiing to have the 1st race weekend starting Sept 14 or Sept 21. Watch our front page for info.

What are the rulles for 2wd Mod Buggy?

I assume Brushless is ok but what about LiPo???? Crossing my fingers...........

Chris I am 99% sure lipo is going to be ok for this year check our board in the electric section i think Jeff Clark laid out all the rules

I can probably borrow some good NiMH packs if needed but I have the Lipo!!!!

Looks like Lipo is in but nothing totally set in stone yet. Sounds like soft side Lipos(Maxamps for example) will require a Lipo bag for charging but other than that it seems like Lipos are a go!!!!!

Oh they mentioned something about using a charger with a Lipo charge mode but they lost me on that one:freak: (hee,hee) Man I KNEW I forgot something!!!!

The worst part of it is if they DIDN"T post that statement some guy would show up with a NiCD charger and put on a little fireworks show for us!!!
