A wonderful Spark model of the third placed Jaguar of Bob Wollek, Teo Fabi & Kenny Acheson. The three Jaguars entered finished in team formation - unfortunately in 2nd, 3rd & 4th behind the winning Mazda 787C.

Very nice. For us 1:64 only collectors, the corgi/hotwheels version is a XJR-9 I think. Too bad Ford can't afford to back an endurance racing program, would love to see Jaguar back in the ALMS(F1 drained them?).

Thanks Eddie.

I've also got the 1986 XJR-6 & 1988 XJR-9.

I don't think we will be seeing Jaguar back anytime soon - Ford are touting both Jaguar & Land Rover to various buyers.

I assembled one of these from Heller, it was also in 1/43. It's such a great design with the covered rear wheels...flows really smooth.
