hello all i was wondering where i could find a set of foams for my vlx rustler ....i have looked on ebay and stuff just wonderin if some one could point me in the right direction ... any info would be great

I don't think Jaco makes foams the fit the rustler any more (with hex drive). Try Speedy's racing products:

The ones he lists are for the Nitro Rustler which has front wheels with bearings. I am sure if you asked, he would make a set of foams for you with Electric Rustler wheels which have a hex in the front.

Does the Rustler have hex drives on the front and rear axles? If it does, what the Stampede guys were doing were removing the hexes and bolting on Losi or Associated rear wheels on both the front and rear. If you get Associated rear wheels make sure you get the ones for 3/16" axles and not the ones for the older 1/4" axles.

Yes, the electric rustler has hexes front and rear.
I have seen people using Associated/Losi foams on them. There is only .009" difference in the axle sizes. They are a pretty right fit, but it can be done. The problem you run into is that the front and rear rustler wheels have very different offsets, so the track widths end up being very different front to rear using the Assoc/Losi wheels.
