The BRL is happy to announce that Steel City Hobbies had been selected to host the 8th leg of the BSR Racing Tires Brushless Oval Tour. The Pennsylvania 300 on the weekend March 15-16 will mark the first trip into the Keystone state for the nations fastest growing oval series.

Over the last few year Steel City has established itself as one of the premier tracks in the East. They have a strong reputation for holding some very fun and well run events. The R/C worlds version of the “Pennsylvania Posse” will be on hand to defend the home turf and take on the BRL Tours best.

Those that have raced at SCH know it is already a great facility. This summer store owner Mike Rooney is making a huge investment to make it even better. He and his crew have installed a new Snowbird’s sized sub-floor that will expand the run line soon be covered with new CRC Fast Track carpet. Additional pit space and a new top of the line AMB scoring system is on the way.
