I received a call tonight letting me know Flipper is in the hospital. Late this afternoon Phillip was rushed to the ER. He was eating lunch and a piece of steak got lodged in his throat. They had to perform emergency surgery and after the piece was removed he vomited into his lungs and developed pneumonia.

We almost lost Flipper this afternoon.......................

He is in stable condition and is in and out of consciousness. If all goes well he should be able to return home later this week.

In the last couple of years I have grown very close to Flipper and this has really hit me hard so please keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers.

As soon as I know more Jody or myself will post updates.

WOW....That is bad news....but at least he is alive!!

I am allright had a bad scare. I had the problem for some time, it just caught me sunday night. Will have to learn to chew and not take big bits of food. Thanks for all your prayers and thoughts.
