Thanks for the kind words gang, it's every builders hope (regardless of skill level) that others will enjoy and approve of our builds. That's why we take the time to post them. You all make me fell good, no matter what my wife says about me!

I thought I would show you Stupid Squirrel's other taxi. This was built first, over a year ago, so the pics are not as good, but I thought you might like them anyway.

This one was a more up to date pro stock. A lot more serious racer.

Another great one! I did a Caprice version in plastic (1/25) a few years ago, so these are especially interesting to me.

Oh yeah! I remember when you did this. Having a small collection of various maker's taxis, and being a drag racing fan, I couldn't help but dig this car.

Being a newbie in this field Ill ask a newbie question.
Whats the metal bars at the rear?? Is it to improve speed and add weight to the mass of the car?

The Wheelie bars keep ultra high performance drag cars from flipping over backwards.
