hey everyone. I has a deal done and took my truggy off of ebay for this guy and the he proceeded to back out without giving me any reason at all. It cost me 12 dollars just to put this thing on ebay. Then he proceeded to give me bad feedback about it. didnt quite understand that. here is the link to the ended auctio so you guys understand.

well looks like u owe him atleast his paypal fees if it was stopped because of u and then u backed out.tell the inter-net authorities what r they going to do u r the one that backed out of the deal so ur really telling on urself. unless he has been sending harrassing emails or something then i understand that.

no offense to anyone but your 3 feedbacks are from 3 users that were created on 8/8/07 and then feedback was created on 8/8/07 the same day within minutes. two of the feedback uses the word "def" , and one seller doesnt even have a post, so what did he sell to you? all have their usernames in lower case, and two posts start with the word 'guy'. all too much of a coincidence, and i'd like you to prove me wrong. maybe an IP log by an admin?

not that you may be a bad seller, but its just a bit "odd" don't you think? if kb9n backed out because of this inconsistant look... i would too.

if again, the bid was stopped because kb said he would buy, (and of course i don't know what transpired in your emails), i think the least he can do is repay your listing fee's. i dont know now if this will happen being that you two don't seem to be on good terms... but of course, if he felt you were a scammer, then by all means...

perhaps next time, instead of stopping an ebay bid, have them bid to know they are serious, then stop the auction. that way you at least know they are willing to bid... i dunno just a thought... (dont read too much into this)

well for the record, kb9n is a stand up guy and i would deal with him. i personally appreciate your honesty in telling us that your account was created to give him feedback for being a stand up guy but on the same token this was just wrong. now because of this info "him having people create accounts just to give him good feedback on this site" i wouldn't deal with him. maybe if he had detailed picks and was willing to ship first, i think it is wrong to create an account on a specific site just to give someone good feedback. there was a problem with this before and people were being taken for a ride, just do the trader feedback for the barth brothers. just my $.02

Sounds like KB9N got a bum rap. Making false reports is definitely against forum rules. Profanity is also banned on all forums. Sounds like something went south as KB9N tried to exit the deal. I have had people back out at the last second as well. It is part of selling and buying. Never remove and item until the deal is done.

Its the fact that it was as soon as i took it off ebay that he told me he no longer wanted to trade and when i tried to ask him a reason to better understand everything I was ignored by him. a "profile" on a public website that is searchable on the internet is not grounds for "pROsecution"... look up SB1386 from the Senate. I have done extensive research on "Privacy" and "Personal Information" for computer privacy....

The phrase is "I couldn't care less", as in, I care so little that caring less is not an option. Only an idiot would be confused by that.

This is a public forum, anyone can post here so long as they follow the rules. Calling people idiots is probably against those rules. Your inability to communicate effectively and to follow simple rules is probably why your deals are falling through.

As I have stated before my deals do not fall through. Obviously you don't read everything before you post. might want to try doing that

good call promatcher, all of us that have been around awhile know mits and know he is a great guy, we also try to look out for each other to keep us and others from getting screwed. IMHO i think tagalongs ip needs to be banned for the reasons you just stated. not only that but i do believe i read that he stated that he had his friends create the accounts to give himself feedback on this site when (if i read your post correctly) they all came from him (his ip). personally as you stated aganst tos in the first place for creating the accounts but he then posted saying he had is friends create the accounts to give him good feedback, IMHO he told all of us he is a scammer and personally i think it would be better just to not have this username cluttering the boards (i mean any person who has seen this thread probably wouldn't deal with him anyway) but it would be nice not to have him making account cluttering the boards and scamming the good guys (and girls:D ) here on these boards, let him take it to forums that really do not care what goes on.
