Thanks to the challenge of Mark Hosaflook, the ADDWC Vega not only has new shoes, but it rolls! I did an ugly job on the bottom, but it worked.

I also swapped to the black interior because I had to tub out the rear and I did not want to damage the original parts. I also had to build a new rear shelf and back seat delete to complete the tub job.

Thanks to the Hosaflook's ( it was their idea to get a donor car off the pegs) everything works, and I still have the factory parts put back. I liked the first version rake's better, but this is more in scale with a real ride.

Hope you like, and Thanks Mark for the encouragement.

1. Nobody picks up the car to see the bottom other than to see HOW you did it.

2. Paint it flat black in case they do. Hides more sins.

3. The goal here was to roll.

I say great work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wish I knew which car you got those wheels from.
Do you have a picture of that?

Hey Ozmont, I don't have a pic handy at the moment, but I can get you one. The tires came off the 2006 1:64 NHRA pro stock of Greg Anderson by RC2.

But the best parts I have found is the Action pro stocks. GREAT header pipes, wonderful tires and wheels, awsome hood scoops and wheely bars, and interiors! They are all over the place around here for $5 each, or sometimes I will catch them on the bay at like 5 for $10.00. Well worth their money for customs!
