I need a tire truer! I want something decent but I dont want to break the bank!

I have a Cobra Trackside Truer. Model 7690
It has 10th scale arbors, Losi and Associated front and rear arbors.
Has bearings on the shaft, with extra shaft, gear driven with 6 cell 2000 battery. Looking to get $70, shipped.
