Hey all I was hopeing to get some help with a problem Parma controler. I installed a new resistor in my controler and it does not work. I did an ohm reading across the resistor and it checks out fine. All the conections are souldered tight. Here is the weird part. With the black and white leads hooked to the driver station and squeeze the trigger nothing happens. Now with everything still hooked up and I touch the frame of the controler to the white post of the driver station the cars move.

Sounds like a bad ground.. check you didn't miss any paper washers inside causing it to short out. That would be my best guess...

That should happen. Try touching (or jumping) the wiper arm to the white post. If you don't get power, your problem's in the jumper wire from the frame to wiper arm. If you do get power, the problem's in the white wire or it's solder joint.
