Hit my local Kmart this weekend and scored a ROLLBACK TRUCK in matchbox section !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pegs were crammed full of new MBX ... so i looked through them and only found ONE out of the entire case of cars ... this one will be VHTF

I found one of these as well. The deck extends out to carry It's cargo. I put a british taxi on the back of mine. (Lucas electrical system):p .

Finally got my single Rollback!!! Found it at Boscov's out of a case there was only 1 as i was there when they were fill the pegs!! Also got the neet Custom VW it is a Ultra HW!! Check it out!! Looks Good!!! :thumbsup:

I've found two so far and left a couple on the pegs for others. On the base it has the year 1999 on it so it's not new but I'd never seen it before. So it's new to me!

Just kidding, all seriousness a side, are you thinking there really are some "rare" die cast models out there to be had that you are planing on retiring early when you sell them for a lot of money?

The only thing that might be rare is an under cooked steak or something.

Some of these little cars and that is all that they are really or hard to find than others but rare as in making a killing off of, I highly doubt that.

To be honest with you and myself, I started off much like you have. I bought every new issue: HWS, JL, MATCHBOX, HIGH SPEED, Malibu Int'l, Maisto and any other one that I came across. Be fore I knew it, my C/Cs were maxed out and I was in deep dukie as they say. Well, it did not have to clang my china cabinet more than once to know it was chocking my finances either. Then one clear thinking night someone from here wrote something that was very profound sounding, 'You don't really have to buy them all just the ones that you like will do it.' He/she was right when you stop and think about it. This is a hobby for most of us and a very select few are what we refer to as O.L.D. That stands for On Line Dealers. So I hope that I have helped in some small way as I was helped in the past. I now collect what makes me happy and that is why I love this little cars the way I do...they make me very happy in my waining years...olesarge90/Gill

Well I am convinced ----- 1 Car Carrier PER CASE!! Just got back from Kmart where they just put out ANOTHER fresh case and there was ONLY 1 !!! Needless to say i bought it That gives me 2 plus the one in my 5 pak ---- If i see anymore i will pick them up for you guys if ya need one.

here in south florida walmart has usly a few on the pegs. matchbox is not a big seller here mostpeople in to nasscar and hotwheels so i luckout in that way

Just hit TRU this morning new stuff was out someone left chevy van but took the rollback. Good thing I got my 2. :thumbsup:

This is a new tool #708. Old one was #445. Very similar though. (Note) Lil Ian tampo in this one is Michael Heralda's Grandson Ian. Same one on the rear of the Taxi Manufacture # 667. This is a regular line model and should not be difficult to find.
