Aurora Falcon hardtops and convertibles
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We are opening up preorders on our remake of the Aurora Falcon and we will
also be coming out with convertibles, made to fit the Aurora T-Jet chassis.
These are scheduled to be released mid to late September.
When we announced these cars a few days ago, we heard from a few folks that they couldn't get their order through online and that our email inbox was full. We believe that we have fixed these problems. If you experience any problems with ordering or sending us emails, please contact me at dcashmer@wi.rr.com.
Orders for these have been strong and we expect to close preorders in the next week.

The colors for the hardtops will be:
yellow body, red interior, black top
white body, red interior, black top
white body, dk blue interior, lt blue top
turquoise body, grey interior, black top
green body, lt green interior, green top
grey body, red interior, black top
red body, black interior, black top
unassembled kits with chrome bumpers
The colors for the convertibles are:
yellow body, red boot, white floors, red seats
white body, red floors, red boot, black seats
white body, dk blue floor, lt blue boot, lt blue seats
turquoise body, grey floor, black boot, black seats
green body, lt green floors, green boot, green seats
grey body, red floor, black boot, black seats
red body, white floor, black boot, red seats
unassembled kits with chrome bumpers, driver and passenger figures
all painted and assembled convertible cars will include a painted male and
female driver and passenger figure. Unassembled kits will include these 2
figures but they will be unpainted.
Prepaid preorder price on the Falcons is $9.99/car and $8.99/kit. The delivery date for these cars is mid to late Septemberl and there will be lots of shows coming up. If I can push the factory we might even have these in time for Autofest in Indiana...

Coming late October: A 1970 Baldwin Motion Chevelle and a 1971 Racing Camaro with an L-88 hood, both for the T-Jet. More details as I get them.

I've just sent chassis samples to the factory for the remake of a few Tyco chassis; the 440 X-2 narrow and 440 pan and the Sprint car/turbo hopper chassis. I don't plan on releasing a Turbo Hopper, but I plan on releasing the Sprint car. The narrow chassis will be slightly modified to include the long
wheelbase that is on the pan chassis. These chassis hopefully will be available before the holidays and our first RTR car planned is a remake of
the Tyco Cobra. A 57 Chevy flip front, 55 Nomad flip front, open cockpit racer, VW bus, VW bug, Porsche 914, 'vaccuumm cleaner' Chaparral, Ford GT and others planned as well. We will also have replacement parts and upgrade parts available, as well as clips to use AFX
bodies.
