Hi, I don't usually collect MB but I was shopping today and saw some superfasts, 2 full pegs of them. including a jaguar, a mercedes and a suv. Are these rare?

They are not that rare - at least used to be not that rare - about 15,000 were produced of each, I believe. However, this year their distribution ot very screwed up. They were to be a WalMart exclusive, but not carried in all walMarts. Many members here, including myslef, haven't come across this year's release at retail.

The Wm i went to , have FULL pegs of superfasts almost every time I go. Not much people collect superfasts here I guess because they are very expensive here.(3-5$$ , I'm not kidding)

Either that or they all came to your area? ???

Dunno, they are plentiful here but their price is a bit high

They were easier to find last year than this year. Not as many WMs are stocking them and of the ones that do, they only get a set once in a great while.

they are not worth the price for me personally, I would rather buy 4 Mb or Hw or a JL

Couldn't say it better myself. I've yet to see any of the new wave, much less the last couple. The last time I saw much on the pegs around here was when the BMW Z3 (I think) was one of the chase cars. I found one of the two colors, but haven't found the second.

And yet, a store here called Ocean State Job Lot has had the release with the gray London Taxi for $1 each. I got lucky and found an unopened box last week, bought the whole thing for $12.00

Last month I found some NSF at a dollar chain store here called "Deals". Unfortunately I got there a bit too late and found only 1 black Charger among about 30 beige Cayennes for $1 each. Just bought the Charger and two of the Porsches. Anyway, Happy Hunting!

Today I stopped into a O.S. Job Lot in Bloomfield, CT. No SF on any pegs, but I kept looking at the boxes that they store about 10 feet up, and there it was, a full box of SF. I bought the whole box for $12.00 too. I think it's release K. It has a yellow corvette C6, a bright green Plymouth Hemi Cuda, pearlescent yellow BMW Z3, and others. What a deal! :thumbsup:

I thought WM had exclusive selling rights to the 'newer' Superfast, am I wrong?
Maybe some other stores are still selling the 'older' SF.

My TRU is completely HOPELESS! they havent got new stock for like a year now and no superfasts ever or streakers. I just look for them in WM when I'm buying something else
