Absolutely beautiful car! However, the P.O. saw fit to damage the priority box it came in and in the process, damaged the clamshell blister also. Which is a bummer to me because I intended to keep this beauty tucked away in it's packaging. So if anybody out there ordered one with the intent of opening it up, how about a trade for the one I have which is a great opener? Shoot me a pm if interested.

Do you have a pic of this car? I'd like to maybe find one here shortly and need to really see what one looks like.

Just found this thread. I am the co-founder of CamaroZ28.Com and the guy behind the entire die-cast project. I have a spares from my personal collection. If you haven't found someone to take you up on your offer, send it back to me and toss a couple of bucks in the box for return shipping and I will send you another one. Or, if you want you can fire me the cost of another car (PayPal to jason@camaroz28.com) and I will send it out to you at no shipping charge. The serial number probably won't be as low, but I will make sure it is in good shape and then you will have one to open and one to keep in the package. PM me or e-mail me and let me know what you would like to do so I know to hang onto that spare for you.

Sorry to hear about the PO messing things up, I carefully selected the shipping boxes that I use for their strength. In fact, I tested them by putting my entire 200lb weight on one. It held. :) I am very happy with them, so far this is the only damage notice that I have found thus far so I will be using them on Series II later this year. :)

Hope everyone likes their cars, I really enjoyed making them.
