Hi tjalana, and welome to the 1/43 scale forum! There are reproduction parts available for the CORGI Batmobile, including the box. I've seen them sell for over $1000 mint in the box on the 'Bay. I've also seen very nice examples sell for $70.00 without the box at local toy shows. Below is a CORGI Batmobile that I bought a year ago for $5.00 from a dealer. It's rough, but it was only $5.00. The Vintage forum would be a better place to ask about value about the CORGI Batmobile. Good luck in your quest.

On the pre 1975 issues the obvious giveaway is the tyres -not grooved but raised treads and shiny rather than mat.Whizzwheels models are a bit harder - genuine Corgi rivits are easy to recognise once you have seen 20 or 30 , the repro bat stickers for doors are generally made oversize, and modern paint is much shinier than the original Corgi paint.Corgi glazing looks clearer than repro glazing too....
I recommend looking at some loose examples first to familiarise yourself with the look and feel of the genuine Corgi item.
I have sold 3 1966 issues without tow hooks in good c9 condition unboxed on ebay for £25-£35 in the past 18 months - its the original boxes that really cost major money.
I have the red whizzwheels issue plus the rubber tyred versions with and without towhooks but no boxes because they cost too much, although 5-6 years ago i walked away from a 1966 good boxed car with a 1st issue boat in its own tatty box for £120 the pair - what a good investment that would have been :freak:
