I would like to thank the sponsors for all the great prizes. This should be an awesome race.

Very big props to all the companies indeed for making this a big one. We don't usually see this on the left coast.

The companies who came together for this race created a prize package worth over $3,000.00 for the weekends total package prizes, including $575.00 in TOTAL Cash.

Eric Brust and Erik Steenhoven took the winners shares of the BIG prizes. (Brust won $400.00 in CASH alone) which was $100.00 from A-MAIN TIRES - $200.00 from DBAnderson Technologies - and another $100.00 from ME and the SWTOUR ($50.00 of which was for Brust's TQ run in the 4 lap, single car qualifying)

The 2 - 20 car SHOOTOUT segments were incredible to watch. It was unfortunate that several TOP cars were eliminated in the 1st segment early with some major wrecks. The 2nd segment got a great start, and looked so incredibly awesome with ALL those superfast NOVAK Powered HotRods running the track at the same time...but much like Daytona and Tallegega for NASCAR, racing on this HI SPEED velodrome with 20 cars proves to be dangerous when there is a crash.

Rusults and a few photos from this weekends events will hopefully be posted by mid week (I need a couple days to catch my breath.)
