I swapped out a 110cc motor on a 4 wheeler and replaced original carb. When I started it, it idled up high. I cannot get it to idle back down. I adjusted the idle screw(the only one with a spring) and it doesnt feel like the throttle cable is stuck, the thumb lever has full motion. Anything I can look at now? Thanks.
