depends if you are making it to 1/64th scale. if so around 1 1/2 tall x 2 1/4 wide
mark this on paper cut it out and put it up against the wall and see if this opening will work. if not remark it out a lil larger by 1/8 and try again. hoped i helped. later gunn

Thanks for the info gunn. I started off planning on making a normal garage with 2 garage doors. Then i decided to make it kinda like a warehouse type garage. Its going to be a prety tall building with those huge roll up garage doors semis can go through. I also cut factory type windows in the second story to give it the warehouse feel. The building is also going to have brick texture styrene for walls. and rafter support beems. kinda like I beams that hold up the roof. I will post pics when i get it done. This is my first styrene diorama. If some one could tell me the average height of a person in 1/64. I need to make some doors like the ones in a house.

Thanks
Ryan

Anyone know the best way to age brick styrene. The building is brick and it doesnt look very reallistic.

You could use washes and dry brushing.
Here is a link that gives some basics. Use a brick color as your base and go from there. also , ALWAYS use flat paint.
