Since I've been hooked to oval racing, I started to wonder how big it is in other countries. I know "pan" car racing is around big in Europe and Japan, but what about oval?

Of course, me being born in the USA to Japanese parents, I am curious how my cousins in island of Japan are doing..

So far... there is a following of "Nascar" style and velo racing in Japan.. and I'll post links as soon as I compile them... but...

What about you? Have you witnessed any other ovals in other countries? Post it up here!

I've sold Oval Cars to people in Austrailia. They have some sweet 1/4 Sprint Cars down there!!
I sold a dirt oval car to a guy in Brazil.

So I'd say yes there is oval racing in other countries.....but not sure how popular.
