I am looking for 12 to 18 old cells, they can be 3000, 3300, 3800 or what ever, I am looking for some that are REALLY Cheap. I am using them for a starter box so performance is not a problem, just as long as they are super cheap.

How about some old 3300s for $1/cell plus whatever it costs to ship. They are currently in 6 cell packs side-by-side packs without battery bars.
