...yeah, I know: this is a tough one. But I figured the community here might have some leads. Among the parts I need are the sabre blade, the scabbard, and the cord for his hat. Might be missing a piece from the riding tack, too. Believe it or not, the kit came unbuilt, with parts still on the trees, in the original box!! I had this kit when I was a kid (my dad built it for me), and I've been wanting to re-do one for decades...

It took me 3 years to replace all the missing pieces to my Zorro kit. The scabbard and hat cord are going to be very tough to find. The sabre blade would be easier to scratch or possibly steal from an action figure. My Zorro was missing the cape rope and I was actually able to fashion a pretty reasonable substitute using some thin twine stiffened with fingernail polish and then painted just as if it were styrene. A rare Aurora kit with tiny missing parts will make you resourceful!
