I have been buying the Action NHRA Pro Stocks like crazy at this little shop up the road for $5 each. And of all the cars I have, this is the only Ford I have found.
Remember when Ford was kickin' tail in NHRA? Now it's all Mopar & GM. The Mustangs are strong in the IHRA, but I understand it is due to the larger displacement allowances. There is a guy trying to make some shows right now in the NHRA, but so far I don't think he has qualified.
I just though Action did a great job on this piece. And I don't even like Probes!

Hey that is nice, don't see much in the drag racing scene these days. Not bad for 5 dollars. How big is this Action collection?

Eddie, here are my current Action pro stocks. There are a few newer RC2 models in there as well. It's hard to photo a mirror back case! I had all the cars that they have there, but I have bought maybe 5 or 6 extras! I'm hooked!!!

Beautiful Pro Stock collection there 69stang... I have a few of those myself... Very, very hard to find around here... I got the Jegs Olds, Summit, Glidden Probe, and one of Kurt Johnson... They are cool as *#@$ !!! Looks like all the Fords are in our collections !!! LOL !!!
But when the Fords ruled, They ruled !!!
I also know Ford has their own Drag racing circut "NMRA"... Growing bigger every year... Some fast & quick fords there for sure... I ran my 89 Mustang GT for 3 years in the "Outlaw bracket" Street cars running high 9s to mid 10s... Best I could get was 10:12 at 143 mph... My car was powered by a 347 stroker... On the juice, 125 shot low 10s , off the juice low to mid 11s... Alot of fun, but about put me in the poor house and divorce court !!!

Nice real car, and nice collection. RC2 still produces pro stock models??? I found a John Force Mustang on clearance a few years back. Don't see them anymore.

Well, up untill now they have put out a few plastic base diecast. The WJ and Greg Anderson cars are from the newer series. I picked up the newer Anderson car at Wally World last year.
Though outside of John Deer and JL, I don't know that RC2 ( Now The Learning Curve) is producing any cars at all. I know the new 2007 1:24 NHRA stuff is TLC, I hope there is a lot more to come, but 1:64 options are looking bleak right now!!
