I can get either of these models, scale i don't care, and the prices are in the same range. They are both Volvo C30s

I've looked up both and from the pictures I've they're both pretty nice, a company called MotorArt makes these. Both cost about $30. One is scale 1/43 and the other is 1/24, I read that the 1/24 is supposedly made by Welly, not MotorArt, even though it is on the site. What's Welly like?
