View Full Version : New Dodge Challenger Concept in 4 Colors
Milezone 07-05-2007, 11:11 AM Hi Gang,
Here is the new Dodge Challenger Concept in 4 different colors. This cast has never been produced by any other company, so this will be sure a crowd pleasure. Only 2,500 of each color will be produced. This will be available late July, and we will offer them in set of 4's and singles on the site.

pms485 07-05-2007, 11:21 AM Actually Hot Wheels did it too, but that doesn't change the fact that it looks like a great casting, far superior to HWs. ;)
Greenlightguy 07-05-2007, 12:21 PM looks great darn I'm gonna be broke this month :)
macnut 07-05-2007, 10:23 PM I guess that's 4 more I'm going to have to pick up. Is the orange one the same color as the one in the mass market version? If it's not I guess that will make 8 colors on the Challenger.

Yes, and Jada does a stock one also.. The GLs look the best, though..

One question though.
When opened, how will all 4 versions be different when they are green machines?

if i were to guess id say the black one would be all green? and the rest would be green also but were the black stipes are maybe they will be the color of the car? thats would be diffrent!!
Milezone 07-07-2007, 11:09 AM There are going to be Green's in these mixes, but sorry guys I do not know how they are going to do them. Hopefully a Greenlight team member will read this and clue us all in. ;-)

I`m just hoping they are different somehow, doesn`t matter how.I just want to be able to tell the difference when opened because I don`t collect plastic.

also, one these 4 regulars going to be totally different than the one`s being released in the hobby and mass versions. So I`ll actually have these 4 plus 4 from the sets, then 8 GM`s.So,I`ll have 16 total to collect just for this one casting with a month`s time.
I got my work cut out for me.
Mikietom 07-07-2007, 06:07 PM Did someone say Greens? lots of them? Expensive? yes --- Still trying to confirm but the rumor is Green Rims & Green Bases on this release. We will need 26 Greens to complete the set. O my
Mike
Mikietom 07-07-2007, 06:09 PM Follow up Production is 5,000 hobby and 5,000 mass I think I heard. And 2,500 for the solid pack cases.

Cletuss 07-07-2007, 10:58 PM Very cool Thanks 4 the heads up Russ.
40Intrepid 07-09-2007, 11:26 AM Why not do a four car boxed set for TRU or something like JL sometimes does?

Hi Everyone -
You will be able to tell the 4 versions of these Green Machines apart by the trading cards. The trading cards will have the different colors of each car on it.
Katie@GREENLIGHT
Mikietom 07-09-2007, 06:10 PM I guess that means the GMs still have a green body???
BUT the Pace Car Garage set does have green rims (can't see base yet) 1st one on the bay today(not mine)

so,when opened there is no difference?
I don`t want to get 4 of the same car.
I`d like to see some difference in the car.
Just double checked before I attempt to try and collect these.
Mikietom 07-09-2007, 07:17 PM Opened? I take it you're not a plastic/card board collector

cardboard and plastic hit the trash along with the box the cars are shipped in.
I`d like to collect these cars but not 4 of the same car when opened.
Mikietom 07-09-2007, 08:25 PM I agree with you on that one.
I was hoping for the rims & base so the car colors along with the greens would be differant. I do see that BJAB (on the bay) and Pace Car Garage (finally) do have the GREEN RIMS. (can't tell if the base is green too.)

I`m hoping that since they`re making 4 different cars, they``ll have 4 different GM`s.Makes sense to me ,because I`m not a card collector.
They can do any combination of GM traits ,doesn`t matter to me .
I`d just like to see a difference when they are all lined up beside the regular versions in my display case.
