Picked up this 1974 Hammer gem on DVD last week. It's as much fun as I remember from my yoot. Produced by the folks who made The Avengers, including music by Laurie Johnson, it's lightweight and a bit whimsical for a vampire film, but it's a lot of fun, and has two very good things to recommend it: the breathtakingly, heartstoppingly beautiful young Caroline Munro, and the equally stunning Wanda Ventham, fresh off her run on the series UFO.

Wh-Wh-What did you say? A Yoot?, What is a 'Yoot'?

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and guess that it means.. 'Youth'. But, I'm certainly no expert.

Also one of my favorites from my Yoot. I've had it on DVD for awhile now and find myself watching it every month or so.

With 40,000 kits in your basement, and all those scratchbuilds
you do, I can't believe you have time to watch any TV! :p

Great movie! I remember seeing it at the drive-in as a kid and have seen it a couple of times in recent years.

The old man is hilarious and has some of the best gags.

Time management coupled with a short attention span. :)

Some P.C. ninny suggested the name be changed to "Q'ronos" rather than "Kronos." Something about "just being on the safe side" and "not risking offending anyone." Also calling crutons "Q'rutons." Read it on the net.
