Was the track hard packed and loamy around the edges or what??? fill us in....

Yes track was hard packed and it was sunny so it was dry. The nitro guys raced the day befor so the track was a little rough but thats to be expected. I thought it was fun to drive. If the track was wet I would try step pins or something like that. They have a web site you can see a pic. If any more questions just ask and I will try to help.

yok you will like the show al horne and the rest put on. very much a class act and they do everything on the clock. summit will be a good time and probably as busy as it ever has been for offroad. everyone that raced yesterday from who i ran with and what i saw showed good sportsmanship as well.
southside if i remember right yok is from down around the indy area so the factory tracks series may be a new thing to try out as he does race time to time at summit off road. thnk there will be a good blend of different people at that race. its a fast surface.
